Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed, \u017ee ano, ale s\u00a0m\u00edrou. To, \u017ee se p\u0159i jak\u00e9koliv \u010dinnosti na\u0161e t\u011blo opot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1, je fakt. Na\u0161e lovecko-sb\u011bra\u010dsk\u00e9 p\u0159edky, pravda, tato skute\u010dnost p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 netr\u00e1pila \u2013 koneckonc\u016f se do\u017e\u00edvali v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru 30 let, opot\u0159eben\u00ed se tedy nestihlo je\u0161t\u011b tolik projevit. Dnes se v\u0161ak do\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me mnohem v\u00edce, znamen\u00e1 to tedy, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my maj\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu se rozvinout.\u00a0Zlat\u00fdm pravidlem tedy je h\u00fdbat se, av\u0161ak nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt to a nehnat se za olympijsk\u00fdmi v\u00fdkony. Na pam\u011bti bychom tak\u00e9 m\u011bli m\u00edt to, \u017ee je vhodn\u00e9 d\u011blat r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy cvi\u010den\u00ed, abychom rovnom\u011brn\u011b zat\u011b\u017eovali v\u0161echny svaly.
